About Tech at Trustly:

Trustly is a tech company at heart. Two of our three founders are developers and the Tech team is one of the fastest growing teams in the company. Currently we are about 50 people, but to support Trustly’s growth, we are hiring at all levels.

The Support Engineer will be part of Tech’s Platform Team, which supports both the office and developers, and provides tools so that they can be as effective and efficient as possible.

The role:

As a member of the Internal IT team, you will support the employees with troubleshooting, installations and ordering hardware in their daily work. The hardware includes Macs, iPhones, Apple TVs, printers and scanners for both on-site and remote offices.

The Office IT team is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day work associated with managing and processing IT hardware distributed to the end user population. This position is responsible for provisioning laptops, and other mobile devices. Other duties consist of prepping new hire bundles, processing equipment intake, and testing and repairing equipment. The right person for this position will be excited to find, test, troubleshoot and support new hardware and services and have an interest in automation and efficiency.


  • Service-minded
  • Comfortable with Apple Hardware and Software (macOS, iOS, tvOS)
  • Good problem solving skills from software questions to hardware
  • Printer support and maintenance
  • Experience with Google Apps

Good to have:

  • Basic network knowledge
  • A/V Support
  • Meeting room equipment support (StarLeaf / Google Meet)
  • Any experience with an MDM (Jamf Pro)
  • Scripting (Bash, Python) or the interest in learning
