About Sales at Trustly:

The sales department works together to win new business, which directly contributes to Trustly’s fast and furious growth. The department is made up of 20+ people and we are divided up into teams by vertical: e-commerce, financial services, travel and gaming. The Financial Services vertical consists of 6 people based around Europe. We frequently travel to meet potential merchants and attend relevant industry events in order to represent Trustly as a brand. We have lots of fun outside the office as well, whether we’re playing laser tag or digging into a delicious team dinner.

About the Sales Assistant role:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support Sales Managers by helping them in resolving and anticipating clients’ operational issues as they arise. You will navigate efficiently through a fast-paced environment and become familiar with sales organization tools, always with sales objectives in mind. The range of tasks will be wide and you can expect emphasis on the following areas:

  • Support sales executives and managers in administrative duties, including sales material, presentations, answering phones, coordinating travel, managing appointments, reporting expenses and working in SalesForce
  • Act as the point of contact for merchants
  • Help in generating and identifying leads
  • Create and maintain internal sales activity reports
  • Work with sales executives, managers and clients to troubleshoot operative issues on a daily basis

Who you are:

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a high school diploma, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the financial services industry)
  • You are driven with a strong business acumen
  • You are organized, detail-oriented and proactive with great communication skills
  • As we operate in various markets, fluency in English (A-level or native speaker) and German is a must
