Sales Executive e-Commerce (Finland) / Stockholm

About Sales at Trustly:

The Sales department works together to win new business, which directly contributes to Trustly’s fast and furious growth. We are divided up into teams by vertical: e-Commerce, Financial Services, Travel and Gaming. Members of the teams occasionally travel to relevant industry events to meet with potential customers and represent Trustly as a brand. When we aren’t doing serious business, it’s also almost impossible to keep a straight face around our hysterical team.

About the role:

To further accelerate the profitable growth of the business, we are looking for a highly motivated Finnish-speaking Sales Executive for the e-Commerce team based in Stockholm. The role reports to the Head of e-Commerce Sales.

In this position, you will work with the entire sales cycle, targeting e-commerce merchants that have a strong Nordic presence. You will look to engage with key decision makers across the target client organization. You will also participate in relevant e-commerce exhibitions and conferences aiming to win new business and represent Trustly brand within the industry.

In addition, you will lead customer implementations of Trustly’s services together with our integration team and work closely with the Account Management team to ensure proper onboarding.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and direct the sales process toward high-impact and high-probability clients
  • Manage the entire new sales cycle toward prospective clients within the e-Commerce vertical
  • Lead client integration with assistance from Trusty's technical integration specialists to ensure proper onboarding
  • Continuously evaluate and propose improvements in current sales processes
  • Create and maintain internal sales activity reports

Skills/requirements:

  • At least three years’ experience in complex sales, preferably payment sales or It/software solutions
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering or similar from reputable university
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A constant hunger for winning new business
  • Ability to discuss and negotiate with major clients at CXO-level
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a good sense of structure; ability to manage your own priorities is a must
  • Nordic experience; an understanding of cross-cultural dimensions
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Fluency in Finnish and English
