Accounting Assistant

In order to further accelerate the profitable growth of the business, Trustly is now seeking an Accounting Assistant to assist the Accounting team in Stockholm. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and develop and will enjoy working in a fast paced environment. The candidate will support the entire Accounting team with daily accounting tasks as well as monthly and yearly reconciliations of balance accounts. You’ll undertake tasks such as filing, basic bookkeeping and monitoring accounts payable.

Example Tasks

  • Handle supplier invoices on a day-to-day basis
  • Execute payment of supplier invoices
  • Manage reconciliation of accounts payable
  • Assist in establishing monthly and annual accounts
  • Assist Accounting Manager and Accounting Associate
  • Administrative data
  • Responsible for banking tester salaries and administration of data
  • Responsible for monitoring any overdue invoices

Requirements

  • You have a degree in Economics from upper secondary school and probably also some post-secondary education
  • You have 1-2 years of experience from a similar role with good understanding of accounting principles
  • You are "fluent" in Excel as well as Swedish and English
  • You have previous experience from Accounts Payable is meriting
