About the Role

In order to support the rapid profitable growth of the business, Trustly is now seeking a Banking Assistant to assist in maintaining and expandinging Trustly’s relationships with banks and other PSPs from which Trustly purchases services.

The role will be part of the Cash Management team that manages corporate and client funds across Trustly’s network of bank accounts across Europe. The candidate will support the entire Cash Management team with regards to bank account-related issues, and will work closely with the Head of Banking Relationships.

Example Tasks

  • Keep track of all bank accounts and related account information
  • Perform various administrative tasks, keeping track of documents, filing and filing of forms, corresponding with banks, compiling documentation ahead of meetings, etc.
  • Assist in responding to investigative demands and inquiries from banks and other external parties

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Banking Relationships in dialogues with banks, KYC processes, etc.
  • Manage account information
  • Manage account access


  • A degree in Economics or Law from High School
  • Proven track of responsible structured tasks during school or work
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • Experience in transaction banking products is meriting
