Payroll Manager

About the Role

In order to support the profitable growth of the business, Trustly is now seeking to recruit a Payroll Manager to manage the rapidly growing number of employees.

The ideal candidate will have qualified experience working with and managing payroll processes. The candidate will work closely with the members of the Accounting Team to ensure accurate and timely compensation payouts and will support employees with issues around pay, vacation pay, etc. In the role, you will also manage external payroll providers for our international subsidiaries across Europe. In addition to interaction within the Finance team, the role will require successfully working together with among others the People Operations function.

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5+ years’ experience from payroll from an international reputable firm or consultant company
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nordic language
  • Additional knowledge of other European languages is meriting
