Technical Customer Service Representative

We are a team of 130+ people and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with regional offices in Spain, Malta, Germany and the UK.

Due to our expansion we are looking for additional Technical Customer Service Representatives to join our office in Malta. In this position you will provide quality technical customer support at one of the fastest growing technology companies in Sweden. Are you a technical person with a true service-mind and a fluency in English? Additional language skills (Swedish, Finnish, German, Spanish)? Then you are probably the perfect candidate!

Your main duties will be to help online merchants (B2B) and consumers (B2C) with payments, answer questions regarding the services, back-office tools and also identify any improvements that can be made and suggest how these can be implemented.

This is a full-time position with a diverse work schedule covering Monday to Sunday on a shift basis. The job will include night shifts.

We believe you have a service-oriented personality and a positive attitude, preferably with experience from a support centre or similar. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. Swedish, German, Finnish or Spanish would be to your advantage, but not a must. We also believe that you enjoy working in a fast changing environment and have a natural feeling for finding new solutions and opportunities while maintaining a detailed and structured approach.

It’s important that you know some SQL, are familiar with databases, and have basic coding knowledge.
