When you apply for a job with Trustly via our website, we will ask you to provide us information about yourself. This information will include your name, telephone number, e-mail address and the information you include in the CV and personal letter you attach to your application. We ask you to provide this to us for the purposes of managing and evaluating your application.
The information you provide will be reviewed by our recruitment team including other relevant employees as necessary to evaluate your application. We use the employment management tool Lever to process your application. This means that your application will be managed via Lever which, on our behalf, will for instance store the information you provide. When doing so, Lever may store information on servers that may be located outside of the EU. We have put strict legal obligations on Lever entailing that Lever must store the information in a safe manner and that Lever can only process the information in accordance with our instructions and are not allowed to share it with anyone else than us.
Trustly, and Lever upon our instruction, will remove all information about you once the application process has been completed. However, if our recruitment team deems that your profile may be of interest for coming open job positions, the information will be stored for a longer period, although no longer than one year.
